Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
